Oversized Cargo Project Manager

ACG_3898_JOB Our client is a leading express delivery and logistics company in Vietnam, seeking experienced professionals to join their organization. JOB DESCRIPTION

1. Network Planning & Development Responsible for planning and building the oversized cargo logistics network in Vietnam. Design warehouse network, line-haul transportation network, and last-mile delivery network. Develop solutions for network coverage, transit time, and cost optimization.
2. Resource Development & Management Develop and manage transportation vendors and regional delivery partners. Establish vendor onboarding and performance evaluation mechanisms.
3. Solution Design Establish product standards, pricing models, and operational standards. Support key account project development and implementation.
4. Operations System Development Build SOPs and KPI systems for oversized cargo operations. Drive standardization across transportation, warehousing, and delivery. Continuously optimize performance in transit time, quality, and cost.

Requirements

REQUIREMENTS Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Logistics or Supply Chain. Minimum 5 years of experience in the logistics industry, including at least 3 years in oversized cargo network planning. Familiar with oversized logistics network design and cost calculation. Experience in home appliances or bulky goods delivery is a plus.

Strong project management and resource integration capabilities. Able to adapt to working in Vietnam. Fluent in Chinese; candidates with English proficiency are preferred.
