Internal Auditor (Chinese Speaking)

ACG_3896_JOB Our client is a leading express delivery and logistics company in Vietnam, seeking experienced professionals to join their organization. Develop and implement periodic and thematic audit plans based on risk assessments, including preparation of audit programs and working papers. Conduct operational, financial, and compliance audits; evaluate internal control systems, identify potential risks, and recommend appropriate improvement measures.

Prepare audit reports, present findings to management, and follow up on the implementation of corrective actions after audits. Assess the effectiveness of internal control systems, recommend process improvements, and provide risk control advice for new projects. Guide and supervise team members, while coordinating with relevant departments on audit activities and special investigations.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Auditing, Accounting, Finance, Banking, Business Administration, or a related field. At least 3 years of experience in Internal Audit, Internal Control, or Risk Management. Candidates with team management experience and backgrounds in Logistics, Express Delivery, E-commerce, or Manufacturing are preferred.

Strong understanding of audit procedures, internal control, and risk management, with good analytical, communication, problem-solving, and coordination skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, is required. Experience with ERP systems, Power BI, or SQL is considered an advantage. Good Chinese communication skills are required.

English proficiency is preferred. High level of integrity, strong analytical thinking, effective communication and collaboration skills, problem-solving ability, and a strong team-oriented mindset.
