Manage a designated portfolio of high‑value members, ensuring they receive premium service experiences aligned with their membership tiers. Provide highly personalized guest services, including but not limited to arranging hotel accommodations, dining reservations, transportation, entertainment activities, and supporting promotional or business initiatives.

Identify and cultivate new customer prospects, encourage potential guests to enroll in membership programs, and promote relevant gaming and hospitality offerings. Regularly share the latest company promotions with clients and, when required, represent the company in external visits to deepen engagement and understanding of premium customer needs.

Job Requirements: Minimum of 1 year of customer service relevant experience in a five‑star hotel or casino. Good grooming and presentable Excellent command of Cantonese and Mandarin
