Server – Front of House (FOH) Hyman’s Seafood is a family-owned Charleston landmark known for delivering high-volume service with genuine Southern hospitality. We serve thousands of guests each week and are looking for experienced Servers who can handle a fast-paced floor while maintaining a friendly, attentive guest experience.

This role is ideal for someone who moves with urgency, stays organized, and enjoys working in a high-energy, team-driven environment.

Position Overview

Servers are responsible for providing efficient, accurate, and hospitable service while managing multiple tables in a high-volume setting.

Responsibilities

Provide attentive, friendly, and efficient service to all guests Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter into POS system Manage multiple tables while maintaining service standards Deliver food and beverages promptly and correctly Handle guest requests and resolve issues with professionalism Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables and service areas Communicate effectively with kitchen and support staff Process payments accurately and efficiently Required Qualifications Prior serving experience in a high-volume restaurant preferred Strong multitasking and time management skills Positive attitude and strong work ethic Ability to stay composed under pressure Excellent communication and guest-service skills Schedule & Work Environment Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays High-volume, fast-paced environment On-your-feet role for extended periods What We Offer Strong earning potential through tips Employee discounts on food and merchandise Supportive, family-oriented leadership team This is an opportunity to work in one of Charleston’s busiest restaurants with consistent volume and strong earning potential.
