Job description

  1. IT Operations Management Oversee day-to-day IT operations, including network, servers, and end-user support. Ensure high availability and performance of IT systems.
  2. Cybersecurity & Risk Management Implement and monitor security protocols, firewalls, and threat detection systems. Conduct regular vulnerability assessments and ensure compliance with security policies.
  3. Incident Response & Business Continuity Develop and maintain disaster recovery and incident response plans. Lead resolution of IT security breaches and operational disruptions.
  4. Team Leadership & Vendor Management Supervise IT engineers and helpdesk teams for nationwide service coverage. Manage vendor relationships for IT services and security solutions.
  5. Process Improvement & Automation Identify opportunities for automation and efficiency in IT operations. Ensure documentation of SOPs and adherence to IT governance frameworks.
