Key Responsibilities

• Oversee restaurant operations during assigned shifts, ensuring smooth and efficient service
• Supervise and support team members to deliver exceptional customer experiences
• Assist with inventory management, including stock checks and ordering supplies as needed
• Ensure compliance with Uno brand standards, including food quality, cleanliness, and safety protocols
• Address guest concerns promptly and professionally to maintain high satisfaction levels
• Collaborate with management to meet operational goals and improve overall performance Skills and Qualifications:
• Previous experience in restaurant or hospitality management preferred
• Strong leadership and team supervision skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple responsibilities
• Basic knowledge of inventory management and ordering processes
• Flexibility to work Wednesday evenings, Thursday evenings, and Saturday mornings
