Test Specialist (Cooling Distribution Unit)

CoolIT Systems Inc. is seeking a full-time Test Specialist, who can lead, oversee and support the testing and qualification of Cooling Distribution Unit (CDU) systems, owning verification and validation strategies for mechanical, thermal, and fluid performance. Define test plans, support DFMEA and risk assessments, and oversee reliability and stress testing including HALT, thermal cycling, vibration, and pressure/flow evaluations.

Lead instrumentation and data acquisition strategies, perform advanced statistical analysis, and translate results into actionable design improvements. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to test engineers and technicians, collaborate with design, manufacturing, and reliability teams, and communicate findings and recommendations to leadership and customers.
