Role Description This is a full-time hybrid Claims Administrator role based in Greater Kuala Lumpur, with the flexibility to work from home. Applicants must be legally authorized to work in Malaysia. Duties To assist in daily operations, including task assignment, lodgement, handling email correspondence, billing, data entry and maintaining accurate records.

Assist in managing data in spreadsheets and reports (Microsoft Excel). Participate in projects and initiatives set to achieve the departmental and organization key goals. Communicate with internal & external parties on operation matters. Perform ad-hoc duties assigned when required. Knowledge & Experience Knowledge of motor insurance claims and operations is an advantage but not necessary.

Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Ability to communicate effectively with regional team. Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency. Computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Excellent communication skills, both oral and written (English).
