Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Electrician to join our dynamic construction team. • Assist in the installation, inspection, testing, and maintenance of electrical wiring, conduits, outlets, switches, and fixtures.
• Interpret electrical blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams to guide installation and troubleshooting.
• Safely handle and use hand and power tools, voltage testers, multi meters, and other electrical equipment.
• Follow all OSHA and local electrical safety codes, regulations, and company safety protocols.
• Collaborate with supervisors, project managers, and other trades to ensure seamless integration of electrical systems.
• Identify and report potential electrical hazards, defects, or code violations promptly.
• Support the preparation of materials and tools for daily tasks, maintaining organized workspaces.
• Participate in site inspections and quality checks to ensure work meets project standards.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and safety incidents.

• High school diploma or equivalent; trade certification or apprenticeship in electrical work is highly preferred. - 1–3 years of hands-on experience in residential or commercial electrical installations.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to job sites.
• Strong understanding of electrical theory, NEC (National Electrical Code), and local building codes.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical documentation.
• Proficiency in using common electrical tools and test equipment (e.g., multi meters, conduit benders).
• Commitment to safety, with a proven track record of adhering to safety procedures.
• Physical stamina to work in varying weather and elevated or confined spaces.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced construction environment.
• Willingness to travel to multiple job sites within the region.
