Hospital and outpatient cardiovascular services.

Program provides 24/7 STEMI coverage in collaboration with tertiary interventional colleagues. Call Schedule: Shared STEMI coverage; individual call rotation will be discussed during the interview process.

Compensation

Estimated annual compensation of $600,000–$800,000; final compensation depends on experience and employer offer. New Grads/Practicing: BE/BC; new graduates welcome. Description: Healthcare United is seeking a Board Eligible or Board Certified Interventional Cardiologist for a full-time, permanent opportunity in western Pennsylvania near Pulaski.

New graduates are welcome, including physicians completing training in 2026 or 2027. Provide interventional cardiology services within an expanding regional cardiovascular program. The program provides 24/7 STEMI coverage in collaboration with tertiary interventional colleagues. Procedures include diagnostic and interventional catheterization, TEE, cardioversion, temporary and permanent pacemakers, and intra-aortic balloon pumps.

Join a team currently comprising four full-time cardiologists and ten advanced practice providers, with plans for continued growth. The program offers two catheterization labs and collaboration with electrophysiology, heart failure, vascular, thoracic, and cardiothoracic specialists. A clinical academic appointment is included.

The practice supports opportunities to incorporate clinical and leadership interests within a collaborative model focused on a sustainable career and work-life balance. Estimated annual compensation is $600,000–$800,000; the final offer will be confirmed during the interview process.

Requirements

  • MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
  • Board Eligible or Board Certified in Cardiovascular Disease and Interventional Cardiology, as appropriate to training stage.
  • Completion of cardiology and interventional cardiology fellowship training.
  • Ability to perform diagnostic and interventional cardiac catheterization.
  • Pennsylvania medical license or eligibility for licensure.
  • BE/BC; new graduates welcome.
  • Strong communication and collaborative, patient-centered care skills.
  • No visa sponsorship at this time.
