Requirements

• Current certification as a Basic EMT
• Valid certification and licensure as required by state regulations
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including on-call hours
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to remain calm and focused in high-pressure situations
• Prior experience in emergency medical services is preferred but not required
• Reliable transportation and a professional attitude
