Responsibilities

Greet customers promptly and schedule service appointments. Listen to and document customer concerns accurately. Create detailed repair orders and communicate repair needs clearly to technicians. Translate customer concerns into standard automotive repair terminology. Explain recommended repairs, maintenance services, and vehicle service history.

Provide accurate estimates for repair costs and completion times. Maintain regular communication with customers throughout the repair process. Coordinate parts ordering and schedule follow-up appointments as needed. Resolve customer concerns professionally while ensuring complete customer satisfaction. Deliver an exceptional Mercedes-Benz ownership experience that builds long-term customer loyalty.

Requirements

Previous Automotive Service Advisor / Consultant experience required. Mercedes-Benz experience preferred but not required. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. CDK and Xtime experience preferred. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Professional appearance and positive attitude. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced dealership environment. Basic computer proficiency and the ability to learn dealership software. Salary Description $75,000 - $150,000+ annually
