Require a Head of Finance in Harare

The incumbent will report directly to the Chief Executive Officer – Net. One Financial Services (NFS). The Head Finance will be responsible for developing, reviewing and implementing sound financial strategies and policies for the profitable, long-term growth of the Net. One Financial Services business and ensuring the business remains a going concern and for ensuring compliance with the requirements of the Reserve Bank of Zimb Requirements Proven experience in senior financial leadership roles within the financial services sector.

Deep understanding of regulatory compliance frameworks, specifically regarding the Reserve Bank of Zimbabwe. Demonstrated ability to develop and implement effective financial strategies that support long-term business objectives. Strong analytical skills with a focus on profitability and risk management. Excellent communication and reporting capabilities for engaging with the C-suite.
