Land, FL 32724 Work Arrangement: Onsite Schedule: Tuesday–Friday, plus one Saturday every 12 weeks Salary: $108,971–$156,957 annually Bonus: $10,000 Retention Bonus + $15,000 Annual Bonus Relocation Assistance: Available Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager, Laboratory Operations to oversee daily laboratory operations, ensure regulatory compliance, maintain quality standards, and lead high-performing laboratory teams.

The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in high-volume, high-complexity laboratory testing, along with proven leadership experience.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily laboratory operations, workflow, and performance. Manage laboratory supervisors and frontline teams. Ensure CAP, CLIA, and regulatory compliance. Lead quality assurance and process improvement initiatives. Monitor operational metrics, staffing, and productivity. Mentor team members and support leadership succession planning.

Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology or a related science. Minimum 5+ years of laboratory leadership experience. Active Florida Supervisor License in Microbiology (required). ASCP Medical Technologist certification/registry or equivalent.

Experience managing high-volume, high-complexity laboratory operations. Strong knowledge of CAP/CLIA regulations and laboratory quality assurance.
