The Role We’re looking for a Registered Nurse to provide high-quality, compassionate care to patients across our Dayton-area facilities. You’ll travel between our Dayton, Fairborn, and Xenia locations, working with a collaborative team and using your judgment with minimal supervision. What You’ll Do Monitor and assess patients’ conditions, and communicate symptoms and changes to physicians Collaborate with physicians and the treatment team to develop individualized care plans Perform routine nursing procedures, administer medications and treatments per physician orders, and keep accurate charts Respond to medical emergencies Maintain a clean, safe environment by following all health and safety guidelines Supervise and train LPNs and nursing assistants Support patients and their families with compassion Continue building your skills through workshops, conferences, and training What You’ll Bring Graduate of an accredited nursing program Active Registered Nurse license Strong knowledge of nursing procedures, emergency care, and health and safety practices Excellent organization, multitasking, and problem-solving skills A calm, patient, and compassionate approach Ability to travel between our Dayton, Fairborn, and Xenia locations Grow With Us Tuition reimbursement to help you advance your education STAR program eligibility to help you pay down student loans Support for continuing education, workshops, and conferences Opportunities to lead by supervising and training nursing staff A chance to build specialized experience in addiction and behavioral health nursing Benefits Medical, dental, and vision insurance Company-paid life insurance 401(k) with company match Paid time off Ready to make a difference across the Dayton area?
