We're looking for a Hospital Liaison who thrives on building relationships and wants a career where their work will help change people's lives.
In this role, you'll be the bridge between local hospitals and life-changing addiction treatment. You'll build strong relationships with medical professionals at local hospitals and healthcare organizations, ensuring patients leaving the hospital don't fall through the cracks, and they get the treatment they need. What You'll Do
Build Relationships That Matter – Become the go-to person hospital staff trust for addiction treatment referrals. Connect with physicians, nurses, case managers, and discharge planners across the Dayton area. Change Lives Through Referrals – Identify patients in need and coordinate smooth, timely transitions from hospital care into De.
Coach's treatment programs. Educate & Advocate – Help hospital teams understand the full range of care we offer, from medication-assisted treatment to residential and outpatient programs. Be the voice that ensures patients get the right level of care. Collaborate – Partner closely with our admissions team and outreach staff so every referral is handled with care and consistency.
Stay Connected – Follow up with patients and hospital contacts post-discharge to make sure people are getting the support they need. Get Out in the Community – Represent De. Coach at hospital and community events, growing our presence and reputation across the region. What You Bring: 2+ years of experience in healthcare liaison, case management, or a related role — addiction treatment, hospital, or behavioral health experience is a big plus A bachelor's degree in communication, social work, psychology, healthcare administration, or related field (preferred, not required) Excellent people skills — you build trust fast and know how to advocate for others Working knowledge of addiction treatment and recovery options (MAT, detox, residential, outpatient) CDCA or equivalent certification is a bonus, not a requirement Why De.
