💰 Pay Rate: $65/hr (Local) | $55/hr (Non-Local) 🏨 Per Diem: $125/Day (7 Days Per Week for Non-Local Candidates) 🎯 Completion Bonus: $150/month 💵 Pay Frequency: Weekly ⏰ Schedule: 50 Hours Per Week | Monday-Friday | 1st Shift 📈 Additional Schedule Details: Standard schedule is 5x10s. What You'll Be Doing

• Provide daily field safety oversight for concrete construction activities
• Maintain a highly visible presence throughout active work areas
• Monitor equipment pad, foundation, slab, footing, and housekeeping pad construction
• Conduct routine site inspections, audits, observations, and hazard assessments
• Monitor formwork, reinforcing steel, concrete placement, and material handling activities
• Review Job Hazard Analyses (JHAs), pre-task plans, permits, and safety documentation
• Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and project-specific safety requirements
• Identify unsafe conditions and coordinate timely corrective actions
• Provide field coaching and reinforce safe work practices with craft personnel
• Coordinate safety activities with project management, supervision, and contractors
• Participate in incident investigations and corrective action implementation
• Maintain required safety documentation, inspection records, and compliance reports
