ERP Specialist & IT Systems Coordinator

Role Summary

Reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer (COO) and the senior Soft1 ERP Developer, we are seeking a dedicated ERP Specialist to actively contribute in managing and developing primarily of our Soft. One ERP environment and act as the central change manager for our IT ecosystem. Your primary responsibility will be the daily administration and support of Soft.

One, working in close collaboration with our senior Soft1 ERP Developer. Because the ERP sits at the center of our operations, this responsibility inherently includes managing modifications, updates, and integrations across the company's broader technology stack. Additionally, the role expands into direct application support, where you will assist both internal and external users on our middleware and My.

Account portal, as well as support ongoing initiatives related to the development of our digital infrastructure. You will ensure that any change made to one system aligns perfectly with the others, maintaining seamless functionality and preventing disruptions to our core business.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the primary internal support for Soft. One ERP, providing daily technical support and troubleshooting to users while collaborating effectively with the senior SOFT1 ERP developer for advanced solutions. Middleware & Portal Support: Act as the main point of contact for the company's middleware and My. Account portal, providing hands-on troubleshooting, guidance, and support for both internal teams and external users/clients.

Enterprise Change Management & project Initiatives: Act as the technical gatekeeper for all system modifications. Manage and evaluate changes across the company's entire technology stack, including active participation and support for multiple projects, to guarantee that interconnected systems remain stable. Systems Interoperability: Oversee the technical integration between the ERP and all other corporate platforms.

Ensure reliable data synchronization and system integrity during cross-platform upgrades or new feature rollouts. Technical Triage & Debugging: Perform first-level code and script debugging within the ERP environment. Resolve minor issues internally and provide precise technical specifications to the ERP Senior developer when escalation is required.

Release Management: Define testing protocols and conduct thorough Impact Analysis and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) before deploying any overarching system changes to the live environment.

Requirements

Required Qualifications 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience in administering, supporting, or customizing Soft. One ERP (Soft1). Solid technical foundation in SQL (data extraction, queries) and JavaScript (for debugging Soft. One scripts). Proven understanding of API integrations, system interoperability, and enterprise architecture principles.

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into clear technical specifications for external developers and vendors.

Preferred Qualifications

Previous background working within a Soft. One Integrator. Familiarity with the operational workflows of the yachting, hospitality, or chartering sectors. Experience with broad enterprise tech stacks and IT Service Management (ITSM) principles. Candidate Profile Highly analytical and protective of system stability; a professional who prioritizes risk mitigation and thorough testing before deployment.

A proactive problem-solver who takes ownership of user support and system continuity. Methodical and organized, capable of aligning multiple external vendors and internal workflows toward a unified technical goal. Adaptable and business-minded, focusing on how IT systems can efficiently support daily company operations.
