Job description
The Event Captain serves as the primary on-site leader for front-of-house execution and the main point of contact for service-related communication during the event. This role partners closely with Sales, Production, Culinary, Beverage, and venue or planner contacts to ensure a seamless guest experience while maintaining clear operational boundaries.
The Event Captain is responsible for leading the service team on-site, identifying and communicating operational risks, making real-time adjustments to maintain service flow, and escalating any issues outside of scope to the appropriate manager.
