Catering & Event Sales Coordinator

A Catering & Event Sales Coordinator provides sales administrative and event planning support to the Senior Catering & Event Sales Manager and their team. This position plays a key role in organizing and supporting the sales and event execution process, including managing internal and external communications, assisting with proposals and client documentation, and coordinating event logistics for social and delivered events throughout Southern California.

The Coordinator ensures both client service and internal operations are executed with timeliness, accuracy, and professionalism.
