Assistant or Deputy Manager Finance

Designation: Assistant / Deputy / Manager – Finance Industry: Automobile / Tooling / Manufacturing Location: Sanaswadi, Taluka Shirur, Pune – 412208 Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA) Years of Experience: 5–8 years of post-qualification experience in the manufacturing industry Employment Type: Full-time Working Days: Monday to Saturday; all Saturdays are working.

Shift Timings: 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM Work Mode: Primarily Work From Office; need-based WFH may be allowed, subject to approval. Transport Facility: Available, subject to candidate location; canteen facility also available. Expected Joining Date: 1 December 2026; notice period buyout may be considered.

Key Responsibilities

Preparation and finalization of Statutory audits. Preparation and finalization of Tax audits. Preparation and finalization of Transfer Pricing audit of Indian and fellow subsidiaries of the group. Involve actively in month close activity. Preparation and finalization of Monthly Performance Result (MIS). Handle banking transaction including Bank Guarantee.

Handle AR and AP related issues. Handle Statutory Payments. Customer and Vendor Reco. Fixed Asset Accounting. Any other assignment as per the directions of Director-Finance. Competencies: Strong knowledge of statutory audits, tax audits, and transfer pricing audits. Experience in month-end closing and MIS preparation.

Knowledge of banking transactions, including Bank Guarantees. Understanding of Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP). Knowledge of statutory payments, customer/vendor reconciliation, and fixed asset accounting. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Familiarity with MS Navision Dynamics; knowledge of MS Business Central is preferred.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple finance activities. Reporting To: Director – Finance Role Type: Individual Contributor
