Job description

Marketing Automation & Technology Specialist Imagine making every marketing interaction count. At Yokogawa, we believe technology can make a meaningful difference — helping industries operate smarter, more efficiently and more sustainably. Behind every customer conversation, campaign and digital interaction is an opportunity to build a connection, share expertise and create value.

But great marketing takes more than compelling content. It takes the right technology, connected data, well-designed processes and people who know how to bring them all together. That is where you come in. As our Marketing Automation & Technology Specialist , you will help turn marketing strategies into seamless digital experiences across Europe.

This role combines hands-on operational execution with consultative advisory support. You will be responsible not only for enabling and training colleagues, but also for actively building and managing campaigns, workflows, reporting dashboards, and system configurations. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams across different business units and countries, you will ensure our marketing technology stack operates efficiently, remains compliant, and aligns with broader business objectives.

If you enjoy making technology work better for people, improving how things are done and helping colleagues discover new possibilities, this could be your next opportunity. Your story at Yokogawa: From campaigns to connections

  1. Marketing Automation & Campaign Execution End-to-End Campaign Delivery: Setup, execution, and testing of multi-channel campaigns within Salesforce / Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (Pardot), ensuring alignment with campaign briefs and strategic marketing plans. Webinar & Event Lead Management: Manage technical webinar setup (registrations, attendee tracking, automated follow-up workflows, and reporting). Administer event lead capture tools (e.g., Captello) and execute lead imports from exhibitions, tradeshows, and digital initiatives. Lead Lifecycle & Routing: Oversee lead scoring, grading, lifecycle transitions, and routing rules to ensure seamless lead handoff and synchronization with Sales teams. User Support & Advisory: Serve as the go-to specialist and advisor for internal marketing colleagues across Europe—providing guidance, campaign quality assurance, standard operating templates, and troubleshooting. Reporting & Performance Tracking: Track, analyze, and report on campaign outcomes, email deliverability, and lead conversion metrics, translating marketing data into actionable business insights. Data Governance & Privacy: Implement and monitor GDPR-compliant workflows, consent management processes, and data privacy practices across all automation programs.
  2. Marketing Technology & Digital Tools System Administration & Optimization: Support the administration, configuration, and day-to-day operations of connected marketing & communication platforms, digital sales enablement tools, and outreach applications. SharePoint & CMS Support: Administer internal marketing SharePoint environments and provide secondary/backup support for website CMS updates and digital maintenance. Software & License Management: Oversee marketing tool user seats, software license allocations, onboarding/offboarding permissions, and supplier/vendor coordination. AI & Emerging Technologies: Identify, test, and implement practical AI-enabled marketing tools and features to improve content creation, audience segmentation, workflow automation, and operational efficiency, in line with company governance standards. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with IT, Legal, Information Security, and European business units to ensure compliant tool adoption, proper integrations, and process documentation. What you bring to the story You are someone who enjoys working at the intersection of marketing, technology and people. You combine a structured, process-oriented approach with curiosity, collaboration and a genuine desire to make digital tools useful and accessible. You bring: At least two years of experience in marketing automation, marketing operations or digital marketing systems, preferably in a multi-country B2B or industrial environment. Operational experience with Salesforce and Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (Pardot) is preferred. You are comfortable working with systems, data, workflows and processes, while understanding the needs behind the technology. You can organise activities, gather requirements, coordinate across teams and help turn ideas into practical improvements. You enjoy delivering training sessions and workshops, sharing knowledge and helping colleagues learn, adopt and use new tools effectively. You are interested in new technologies, including AI, and look for practical ways to improve how work gets done. You are fluent in written and spoken English and can explain technical concepts in a straightforward way to non-technical colleagues. You are open, collaborative and comfortable working across cultures, countries and teams in a matrix organisation. You hold a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Information Systems or a related field — or bring equivalent practical experience. Why your work matters At Yokogawa, this role is about more than managing platforms and delivering campaigns.
