What You’ll Do Welcome customers and create a positive, professional service experience from check-in to vehicle delivery.

Schedule service appointments and document customer concerns accurately. Perform thorough vehicle walk-arounds and review vehicle service history. Recommend maintenance and repairs based on customer needs and manufacturer guidelines. Explain recommended services, repair costs, and estimated completion times clearly and confidently.

Prepare accurate repair estimates and obtain customer authorization before work begins. Keep customers informed of repair progress, additional recommendations, and completion timelines. Coordinate with technicians and the service team to ensure an efficient workflow. Review and close repair orders accurately while ensuring customer concerns have been addressed.

Conduct quality-control checks and help deliver an outstanding service experience. Build lasting customer relationships through honest communication, follow-up, and exceptional service. What We’re Looking For Previous automotive Service Advisor experience. Knowledge of automotive maintenance, repairs, and service recommendations.

Excellent communication, customer service, and relationship-building skills. A professional, positive attitude and a customer-first mindset. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment. Confidence explaining technical information and repair recommendations to customers.

Valid driver's license and an insurable driving record. Willingness to complete and maintain required manufacturer training and certifications. A team player who is motivated to learn, grow, and succeed.
