Security Maintenance Technician

POSITION SUMMARY

This position is responsible for the maintenance program of all physical security systems, hardware, and controls in place across the Trinity River Authority project and office locations. These systems include access control hardware/software, video surveillance equipment and software, alarm monitoring systems, and all other access control hardware.

The desired candidate will also have experience in design and construction standards and project management. Using various systems, the candidate will track maintenance requests, hardware use over life, and preventative maintenance.
