Senior IT Technician

SUMMARY Incumbents require knowledge of various computer types, operating systems, phone, cell phones, networks, and servers.  Incumbents are responsible for providing on-site and phone support in addressing specific issues or problems.  Incumbents also are responsible for performing installations and upgrades, conducting testing of routine applications, and maintaining PC inventory and supplies.

EDUCATION
