Assistant State's Attorney

This full-time position will perform legal work representing the State of Maryland in the District Court and/or Circuit Court for St. Mary’s County, Maryland. Assists in the investigation and prosecution of criminal cases. Conducts proper preparation, research, and analysis. Communicates and confers with victims and witnesses.

Provides legal representation and guidance to proper parties. Creates and handles court documents. Serves on a wide variety of additional legal matters and  performs other duties as assigned. Please Attach Cover Letter, Resume and List of References.
