Customer Care & Sales Support Representative DiVal Safety Equipment – Buffalo, NY Full-time, 8:30am – 5pm, On-site Monday

As a Customer Care Representative, you'll work closely with customers and our sales team to process orders, answer questions, solve problems and help deliver an outstanding customer experience. What You’ll Do – Serve as a primary point of contact for customers and our sales team. Process quotes, orders, returns and exchanges. Provide updates on backorders, deliveries and customer requests. Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer needs quickly. Maintain accurate information in our CRM and order systems. Develop strong product knowledge to better assist customers. Occasionally assist with customer-facing retail coverage and physical tasks as needed. Help identify ways to improve the customer experience and workflow. What You’ll Bring – A dependable, strong work ethic with reliable and punctual attendance. Ability to stay calm, positive and organized while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong customer service and communication skills. Comfortable using computers and learning new systems. High school diploma or GED.
