• TUCSON, AZ, Salary Range: $15.00 - $15.00Hourly, SUMMARY: Responsible for providing friendly, attentive, and responsive service to create an exceptional dining experience for all of our guests. The primary objective is to create a personalized experience for our guests that will make them want to return and recommend us to others.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Welcome and connect with every customer. Discover customer needs and make recommendations you genuinely feel your guests will enjoy Be incredibly friendly, customer centric, smile and radiate a positive and accommodating attitude while interacting with customers Answer questions about our food, beverages and other restaurant or hotel functions and services Take food and beverage orders from guests, enter orders in POS system Prepare coffee barista drinks, specialty drinks and food orders Perform running side work and opening & closing duties throughout your shift as required by service station assignment Maintain a clean and organized work and service area Ensure guests are satisfied with the beverage, food, and service.
