AVP, Inside Sales Manager

Reporting to Orignations leadership, this position manages a sales team of Account Executives who are responsible for mortgage loan originations through a call center model. This position drives loan production by implementing sales strategies, optimizing lead conversions and ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and company guidelines.

This role manages pipeline efficiency, monitors key performance metrics and partners with internal teams to streamline the loan origination process.
