Job Skills / Requirements Supervise and direct housekeeping employees during daily operations. Inspect guest rooms, restrooms, offices, and common areas to ensure cleanliness standards are met.

Assign work schedules and daily tasks to housekeeping staff. Train new employees on proper cleaning procedures, safety practices, and company policies. Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies and equipment and submit replenishment requests as needed. Address employee performance issues and provide coaching and corrective action when necessary.

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations. Respond promptly to customer or management concerns regarding cleanliness. Complete required reports, inspections, and documentation. Assist with cleaning duties when staffing levels or operational needs require.
