As we continue to grow, we are looking for a dedicated and passionate Kitchen Assistant Manager to join our team during the PM shifts.**Job Summary:**The Kitchen Assistant Manager (PM) will assist the Kitchen Manager in overseeing daily kitchen operations, ensuring the highest standards of food quality, safety, and sanitation. This role requires strong leadership skills, a passion for food, and the ability to inspire and develop a team. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and be committed to maintaining Baggin's high standards while delivering an exceptional dining experience for our customers.Key Responsibilities:- Assist in the daily operations of the kitchen, ensuring all food preparation and cooking activities are executed to meet quality standards.

• Supervise kitchen staff during PM shifts, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure team efficiency and morale.
• Help manage inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed, minimizing waste and controlling food costs.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations in all kitchen operations.
• Support the Kitchen Manager in staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.
• Collaborate with the team to develop new menu items and improve existing offerings.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen environment.
• Address any customer concerns regarding food quality or service and ensure resolutions align with company policies.
• Assist in maintaining kitchen equipment and report any maintenance needs to the Kitchen Manager.Qualifications:- Previous kitchen experience in a fast-paced environment (2+ years preferred).
• Prior leadership or supervisory experience in a similar role is a plus.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing needs.
