Qualifications

Active Texas law license in good standing. Minimum of 3 years’ experience practicing family law. Juris Doctorate (JD) from an accredited law school. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Dropbox, and electronic legal research platforms. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work independently while remaining engaged in a team-driven environment.

Proven experience developing client relationships and managing litigation.

Key Responsibilities

Represent clients in all stages of family law cases including custody, divorce, modifications, and enforcement. Develop and execute tailored legal strategies aligned with each client's objectives. Serve as the main point of contact for clients, guiding them with clear communication and honest counsel. Prepare for and attend mediations, depositions, hearings, and trials.

Collaborate with clients, experts, and witnesses to ensure comprehensive legal preparation. Maintain accurate legal documentation and client records using firm systems and tools.
