What you'll do

Build quality mattresses and foundations through hands-on production work. Use tools, equipment, and machinery as needed. Handle materials and complete tasks accurately and efficiently. Follow safety procedures and quality standards. You enjoy staying active and prefer moving over sitting at a desk. You take pride in doing things right and paying attention to details. You're comfortable with repetitive tasks and following established processes. A few things to know: This is an active, hands-on production role. Your work may involve using machinery, handling materials, performing repetitive tasks, and maintaining production goals.

You’ll spend much of your shift on your feet.

18+ years old Positive attitude & strong work ethic Ability to lift up to 100lbs & enjoy an active work environment Capable of operating pneumatic tools, machinery, and simple hand tools Ready to roll up your sleeves?
