That’s our promise to such a candidate. In this role, you’ll own a broad range of finance and tax activities across the group, developing a deep understanding of how our businesses operate and taking responsibility for important accounting and tax matters. You’ll manage recurring tax processes, work on acquisitions and other strategic initiatives, and analyze the financial and tax implications of business decisions.

You’ll also ensure compliance with local and international tax requirements and manage relationships with external advisors and tax authorities. Finance & tax operations. Own a broad range of finance and tax activities across the group, including tax liability calculations, accounting and tax treatments, and tax return filings in coordination with external advisors.

Manage the financial and tax aspects of areas such as equity incentive plans, contractors, welfare programs, and fringe benefits. Tax planning & compliance. Manage tax planning and compliance activities at the group level, covering corporate income tax, VAT, and other local and international tax requirements. Identify opportunities to improve processes, reduce complexity, and make our tax operations more effective.

Acquisitions & strategic projects. Support the financial and tax work behind acquisitions and other extraordinary transactions. Coordinate with external advisors on tax due diligence, assess the implications of potential transactions, and contribute to tax-efficient structuring and post-acquisition integration. Transfer pricing & international matters.

Work on transfer pricing activities across the group, including annual compliance and documentation. Coordinate with external advisors and internal stakeholders to understand intercompany transactions and ensure they comply with applicable Italian and international requirements. Analysis, developments & authorities. Analyze the financial and tax implications of new initiatives and changes in legislation, identifying relevant opportunities, risks, and incentives.

Support interactions with the Italian Revenue Agency and other authorities, including voluntary compliance procedures, tax audits, inquiries, and rulings. Reasoning ability.
