Senior Software Engineer (Frontend)

Numo https://numofx.com/ is building a futures market on the Nigerian naira leveraging stablecoin rails. We are looking for an elite frontend engineer who has deep appreciation for visual aesthetics and technical problems to work in our office in Ikoyi, Lagos.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Trading Interfaces: Design and build a blazing-fast, low-latency trading terminal that handles real-time data streaming (orderbooks, tickers, and charts) without breaking a sweat.
• Complex State Management: Architect robust frontend state machines to handle real-time updates from Web. Sockets, managing complex account margins, positions, and order states deterministically.
• Abstract Away Stablecoin Rails: Stablecoins historically suffer from horrible UX, tedious wallet setups, and complex compliance. You will need to think creatively to abstract away this plumbing. WHAT YOU'LL HAVE
• Hardcore System Mindset: Experience engineering concurrent, deterministic backend systems where security, state management, and edge-case prevention are paramount.
• Autonomous Builder Mentality: A track record of shipping complex technical projects from scratch. You write clean code, value exhaustive testing, and take pride in robust architecture.
