Learning & Development Manager - Hybrid

The Learning & Development Manager turns business needs into engaging, practical learning experiences that build employee capability, improve performance, and support meaningful career growth across Genesco’s corporate functions and brands. This hands-on role combines instructional design, content creation, facilitation, and end-to-end program management.

Partnering with leaders and subject matter experts, you’ll develop learning solutions that support onboarding, manager and leadership development, career growth, and evolving business priorities. You’ll bring curiosity, creativity, and structure to new challenges while owning programs from initial discovery through delivery and evaluation.
