The Neighborhood Liaison Program was created to enhance engagement with historically underrepresented communities and to ensure equitable access to health and wellness resources. Neighborhood Liaisons are trusted community leaders who represent a diverse range of groups, including immigrant and refugee populations, communities of color, seniors, youth, and individuals with disabilities.
The liaisons possess a deep understanding of their communities’ unique needs and maintain strong relationships with local residents.
