Hanline Frozen Foods, founded in 2020 in Romulus, Michigan, is a premium supplier of All-Natural, IQF, and Ready-to-Eat Ingredients to some of the most reputable food service, retail, food manufacturing and wholesale distribution companies in the United States. Division: Hanline Frozen Foods Location: Romulus, MI Position Title: Machine Operator Responsibilities: Set up production machinery before each shift.

Operate assigned machinery and make adjustments as needed to maintain optimal performance and production speed. Perform routine light maintenance and promptly report equipment issues. Package and process frozen food according to USDA, FDA, BRC, and company quality and food safety standards. Follow all safety, sanitation, and production procedures.

Work efficiently in a fast paced, team oriented environment. Maintain regular and reliable attendance. Associates must arrive on time and remain for their entire scheduled shift. Work Schedule: Monday-Friday 6:30am-3pm. Overtime and weekends as needed. Overtime is paid at time and a half.

Qualifications

Ability to work safely and efficiently in a refrigerated environment (35-40 degrees). Strong attention to detail. Excellent attendance and punctuality. Ability to work at least 40 hours per week. Ability and willingness to work required overtime and occasional weekends. Ability to work safely and effectively in factory, warehouse, and refrigerated environments.

Ability to work collaboratively in a fast paced production setting.
