Express Advisor

Location : N. Richland Hills, TX (Onsite) | Type : Full Time We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Express Service Advisor to join our Honda Service Department! This position is responsible for assisting customers with their routine maintenance and light service needs while providing a positive and efficient service experience.

The ideal candidate is personable, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Automotive experience is a plus, but we are willing to train someone with strong customer service skills and a willingness to learn. Core Responsibilities Greet customers and assist with their express service needs, including oil changes, tire rotations, filters, and other routine maintenance.

Complete customer check-ins and gather information regarding vehicle concerns and requested services. Communicate recommended maintenance and service needs to customers. Prepare and explain service estimates, including pricing and recommended work. Coordinate with technicians to monitor repair progress and keep customers updated.

Ensure customers are informed of service timelines and any additional recommendations. Review completed work with customers and assist with the checkout process. Maintain accurate customer information and service documentation. Provide friendly, professional customer service throughout the entire visit.

What You'll Need

Previous automotive, dealership, or customer service experience preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment. Comfortable discussing service recommendations and pricing with customers. Basic computer skills and ability to learn dealership software.

Positive attitude, dependable work ethic, and willingness to learn. Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
