Job description
Field Supervisors play a vital role in preparing the next generation of professional school counselors. In this role, you will mentor, coach, observe, and support candidates enrolled in the School Counseling Educator Preparation Program (EPP) practicum and internship courses at Lamar University. Field Supervisors partner with candidates, site supervisors, and university faculty to help bridge theory and real-world school counseling practice.
