Job description
Support daily operation of campus lab computing and print facilities. Assist with the implementation of technologies and practices to continuously improve the effectiveness of service delivery and expand service offerings. Install, deploy, upgrade, and maintain software, and hardware as it relates to the computing lab facilities.
Monitor student employees responsible for assisting customers. Special Note: We are unable to provide visa sponsorship for this position. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship now or in the future.
