Systems Integration Engineer

Bring new programs and in-flight projects onto a shared DoD test platform without breaking the work already running on it. You'll support a new Defense Health Agency program. This position is contingent upon contract award, and the start date will align with the program start.

What you'll do

Onboard new test programs and their environments Integrate in-flight infrastructure initiatives with the platform standards Write integration runbooks and test the cutovers Work with the platform, infrastructure and cyber teams on each change Must have: 3 or more years in systems integration or infrastructure engineering Experience with VMware or cloud infrastructure Scripting in Python, Power.

Shell or Bash U.S. citizenship and the ability to obtain and keep the background investigation DHA designates for this position DoD 8140 qualification for your work role before privileged access, or the ability to earn it within six months Nice to have: Terraform or Ansible Experience in a DoD or federal environment An active Secret clearance or higher Location: Chantilly, Virginia (Washington, D.

C. area) is preferred, on site at the test center. Remote from Huntsville, Alabama, or from anywhere in the continental U.S. also works, through government-approved virtual desktop access, with trips to Chantilly when the work needs them. Citizenship: U.S. citizenship is required for the investigation this role needs.

Pay range
