We’re looking for a commercially driven Executive to play a key role in our expanding Corporate Finance team. Working with senior colleagues to lead and manage corporate finance transactions from inception to completion Build strong relationships with clients and advisors Working predominantly on sell side transactions, with private equity exposure Contribute to pitch meetings and support the teams ongoing growth Work collaboratively with colleagues across Corporate Finance Supporting Partners and Senior Managers on project delivery Manage research and analyse transactions and sector analysis Prepare financial valuation models and analysis Prepare information memorandums for marketing businesses ACA or ACCA qualification (or equivalent), ideally with first time passes Strong financial analysis and Excel skills Confident in presenting and articulating findings Experience in a similar role preferred but not required At Sumer, we know everyone’s journey is different.
