Senior Manufacturing Manager

Responsibility Main Task Manage daily manufacturing activities running and achieve KPI target with high quality, good service and cost-effective. SZ factory Strategy implementation management and communication Fully support the capacity expansion project to achieve the capacity ramping up plan Create and maintain positive employee relations via some activities, such as dialogue with line leader, one on one with colleague.

Ensure cost-effective management of all materials and plant property, prepare the budget and get it aligned with top management for approval. Create an environment that is culturally embedded in “Operation Excellent” mentality. Develop, motivate and challenge the team members to perform to their full potential, and feedback to make them grow up.

Manage good customer visit & audit planning in collaboration with custom solution Communicate with customers &FATP and keep a good relationship with them. Hear from the customer requirements and suggestions and meet their demand. Be responsible for enhancing ZEISS reputation and image through all business activities. Responsible for handling and coordinating process issues and project as required Other tasks assigned by the plant manager or company.

七、任职资格 Qualification （一）、教育背景 Education Background 学历要求 Education Bachelor’s degree or above 专业要求 Major Industrial engineering, engineering or comparable degree in technical discipline 年龄区间 Age 35-45 （二）、工作经验/经历 Work Experience

• Minimum 12 years of experience in manufacturing operations within a multinational company.
• At least 8 years experience at management level
• Strong management skills to lead a middle-sized operation team up to 500 persons
• Prefer to have 3 years of management experience in consumer electronics industry FATP’s company （四）、行为能力 Behavioral Traits -Excellent interpersonal skills to communicate with individuals at all levels of the organization.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• High degree of initiative and ownership and responsibility.
• Ability to work effectively in international teams, engaging with both internal stakeholders and external customers and supplier -Ability to deal with a high degree of complexity and ambiguity, with a strong sense of urgency and persistence
