Your role
will be to help take the administrative and logistical workload off the Foreman's plate , allowing him to focus on the technical side of the shop and his team. You'll have a real opportunity to become the person everyone relies on to keep things moving. What Success Looks Like Success in this position means: Quotes go out quickly and are followed up consistently.

What We're Really Looking For We're looking for someone who sees a problem and doesn't walk past it. Someone who thinks, “I'll figure it out.” Someone who can keep track of ten things at once, but still remembers the eleventh.
Someone who takes ownership, communicates well, follows through, and understands that sometimes the most important thing you can do for a customer is simply call them back when you said you would.
