This is a long-term position, not seasonal or temporary.

Key Responsibilities

Support individuals with IDD as they learn job tasks and adjust to workplace expectations Teach essential skills: communication, time management, problem-solving, and teamwork Encourage confidence, independence, and personal growth Build and maintain strong relationships with employers and job site supervisors Provide consistent coaching, feedback, and support Who We’re Looking For: Compassionate, reliable, and passionate about helping others succeed 18+ years old with a high school diploma or GED Valid U.

S. driver’s license held for at least 2 years (permit time excluded) Ability to pass background check, drug screen, physical, and fitness assessment Able to lift up to 50 pounds and provide hands-on support as needed Available to attend paid New Hire Training (Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM) 2 weeks Benefits & Perks: Paid time off & holidays (prorated based on hours worked) Health, dental & vision insurance options (shared cost) 403(b) retirement plan with company match Casual dress code and a relaxed work environment Employee appreciation events (cookouts, raffles, giveaways) DSP Certification Bonus Program: Earn $1,500–$2,000 per certification level in your first year, with the potential to earn up to $5,250 if multiple levels are completed.
