Communications Officer

Role Summary

The Communications Officer serves as a pivotal figure in amplifying FABE's brand presence, crafting compelling narratives, and fostering digital interaction and advocacy across diverse channels. This role is essential for driving the organization's visibility and ensuring effective engagement with its audience.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the management and strategic development of all social media channels. Produce diverse multimedia content, including visual graphics, video productions, and written articles. Design and implement targeted campaigns to promote organizational programs. Execute comprehensive email marketing initiatives utilizing Mailchimp.

Monitor and analyze performance metrics to track engagement and campaign effectiveness. Provide strategic support to Public Relations, media relations, and partnership initiatives. Serve as the primary liaison for communication with external partners and key stakeholders.

Requirements

Proven experience in managing social media platforms and executing digital campaigns. Strong capability in creating high-quality visual and written content. Proficiency with email marketing tools, specifically Mailchimp. Solid analytical skills with the ability to interpret engagement data and reporting. Excellent communication skills for interacting with partners and stakeholders.
