Job Purpose: Responsible for driving revenue growth, acquiring new channel partners, and managing existing partner relationships for our connectivity, mobile, and big data products in Indonesia. He/she also will drive revenue goals by managing 500-1000 BB500 accounts. He/she will be accountable for achieving revenue targets, managing channel churn, and providing insights to inform strategy and operations.

Main Responsibility:

1. Revenue Growth: Achieve revenue targets through effective channel management and direct sales approach to BB500 accounts. Identify and pursue new business opportunities with existing and potential channel partners.
2. Channel Acquisition: Identify and acquire new channel partners to expand our channel ecosystem. Develop and execute strategies to recruit and onboard new partners. Manage partner onboarding, technical integration, and issue resolution.
3. Channel Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, ensuring they are aligned with our business objectives. Provide support and training to channel partners to drive sales performance and partner satisfaction.
4. Churn Management: Monitor and manage channel churn, identifying and addressing issues that may impact partner relationships. Develop and implement strategies to reduce churn and improve partner retention.
5. Insight and Feedback: Provide insights to the strategy and operations team and other relevant teams on channel trends, customer needs, and market developments. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and coordination.
6. Territory and Service Project Management: Manage channel partners across specific territories, services, or projects in Indonesia. Develop and execute strategies to drive revenue growth and partner engagement in assigned territories or services/projects.
