Position – Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Supervisor Location: VMP Healthcare and Community Living – West Allis, WI (on-site position) Status: Part-Time or Full-Time Schedule: 2nd shift 2pm – 10:30pm _________________________________________________________ Job Summary: We are currently seeking a compassionate, dependable and experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Supervisor to join our assisted living facility’s team.

The LPN Supervisor will provide clinical leadership and support to ensure residents receive safe, compassionate, and high-quality care in a comfortable and respectful environment.
