VNA Care is seeking a Per Visit Home Health OT for our Team based in Southboro. Territory: Bellingham, Uxbridge, Blackstone, Millville Schedule for Occupational Therapist: Work flexible hours, Monday

• Friday 8am-4:30pm. Daily rate based on 6 visits: $456. Rate varies based on number and type of visits.

Requirements

� Minimum 1 year in acute care setting or comparable work experience. � Home Care experience preferred.

Position Summary

Provides home health care to patients and families that focuses on preventing disease, promoting, maintaining, or restoring health and minimizing the effects of illness or disability.
